Tomorrow we turn ONE! 🎂🥳💙

We thought we’d keep it simple and ask the Doc a few quick questions about her first year at Sithembinkosi Medical Centre. 👀

From her favourite moments to the things she’s learned along the way, here’s a little glimpse into the journey so far. 😂💙

And tomorrow, 1 October, we’re celebrating with YOU! 🎉

💉 Birthday Offer: The first 30 people to arrive will receive FREE B-Complex and Voltaren injections.

So come through, celebrate with us and help us make our first birthday one to remember! 🥳🎂

Behind every informative video is... a few forgotten lines, unexpected laughs, and plenty of “Let’s try that again!” 😂

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at the moments that don’t usually make the final cut. We believe healthcare should be informative, but it can also be fun.

Thank you for laughing with us as we continue creating content to educate, empower, and keep our community healthy. ❤️

Because behind every white coat is a real person who laughs, makes mistakes, and enjoys the journey just as much as everyone else.

Which blooper was your favourite? Let us know in the comments! 👇

53:42. 🏆

What a moment.

Yesterday, my trainers and the HPT team took on the HYROX Men’s Under 40 Relay and absolutely showed up, crossing the finish line in an incredible 53 minutes and 42 seconds to take the win.

Watching them compete reminded us that greatness isn’t built in a single day. It’s built in the early mornings, the discipline, the consistency, and the decision to keep showing up even when it’s hard.

What makes this even more special is the community behind them. The cheers, the support, the energy, the belief. HPT isn’t just a team; it’s a family. You can see how deeply loved and respected these guys are by everyone around them, and that’s a reflection of the people they are both on and off the competition floor.

I couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations to the entire team on an incredible achievement. Thank you for inspiring all of us and for showing what’s possible when hard work meets purpose.

The victory belongs to you, but the inspiration belongs to everyone who witnessed it. ❤️💪

Let’s talk branding…People don’t just watch content anymore…

they follow stories.
That’s why creators grow.
That’s why audiences stay.

So why do brands still show up once... and disappear?

Or return with the same message, repackaged through influencers, without anything actually evolving?

The team behind You,me&the 90s by @lordkez & @staylow_official

Behind every music video is a team moving as one.

These moments from our shoot with Lordkez capture the real essence of Tembisa Content TV, the people behind the lens, the minds shaping the vision, and the hands bringing it all to life. Every light set, every angle adjusted, every detail considered… it all comes together because of the team.

In collaboration with Staylow Entertainment, this project came together through shared vision, trust, and creative alignment. When strong teams meet, the result is always something greater than the sum of its parts.

This wasn’t just a shoot, it was a reminder that collaboration is where the magic lives.

Because at TCTV, we know that no great production happens alone.
