Everyone ate well on Katie’s big 2-9, including the dogs….who received a double portion of kibble today. Always a great day when we celebrate our favorite.

I believe in gratitude and saying "I love you" at least 5x a day! I love this shot of Melanie & Liam really taking in every moment of their wedding day! Everything goes by so fast and in the hustle and bustle it's important to just take a second and remember what it's all about. ❤️ #njweddingphotographer #forestlodge #nycweddingphotographer #longislandbrides #longislandweddingphotographer #perryellis #essenseofaustralia

Photographing the bride getting ready is one of my favorite parts of the entire day! I love getting to see all the special touches that make each bride unique. Yes- we all wear a white-ish dress, but you choose one that is perfect for who you are.
When I arrived at the hotel room where Melanie was getting ready, I was stunned by this @essenseofaustralia dress. It fit Melanie's sophisticated but laid back & bubbly personality so well! 💕 Her mother in law even made the veil by hand!
