POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We couldn’t be more grateful to have been a small part of today with the incredible 🌈Waymaker Miracles organization.

Founders Amber and Jason Boyle have an inspiring story of infertility and the faith that carried them through it. They turned their own journey into something beautiful by creating a foundation that supports women and couples facing infertility. Today, they’re also blessed with two beautiful children—one of whom is part of our gym family.

Today was filled with tears, meaningful conversations, new friendships, and memories that will last a lifetime.

A huge thank you to our amazing community for showing up to support this incredible organization. And thank you to our members at 1Step Training (and those not pictured) for volunteering your time and lending a helping hand. Your generosity and support mean so much.

To learn more about 🌈Waymaker Miracles and the amazing work they do, be sure to visit their Facebook page and website.

Happy 40th to one of our OG members, Amanda! 🎉🥳

Amanda goes above and beyond for everyone, including our gym, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her as part of our community. When she’s not crushing it in class, she’s juggling a million different hats while bringing light and energy everywhere she goes.

With Amanda, every day feels like a party! Thank you for being such an incredible part of our gym family. We love you, Amanda! Wishing you the happiest birthday and an amazing year ahead!

We exercised and enjoyed our freedom today. A common message spoke during each class was “suffer today and honor those that are fighting overseas for our freedoms we celebrate on a daily basis”.

Our 1Step Family showed up big today. For our fallen soldiers. For themselves. For friends and family.

Many feared this workout, yet they still showed up and conquered Murph. No matter how they scaled or partitioned the workout, the mission was accomplished. That is the meaning of these workouts.

Embrace your fears. Attack them head on. Do it with people who push you to be your best. Why? Because that’s what our soldiers do for us every day. That’s the American standard.

Thank you to all that have served, actively serving, or those who have fallen to protect our freedom we were able to celebrate today.

Happy Birthday Mike!!

Mike is one of our founding members and brings the greatest effort to every class. To celebrate him, we put our 8:30 class to the test on the ladders 💪

It’s not all serious all the time around here - we messed up, shared some laughs, and had a great time together.

Here’s to you, Mike! Wishing you another year of good health, fun memories, and many more workouts with the crew! 🙌🎉

Day 50 of 365.

50 days in. That’s 50 chances to show up. 50 choices to build momentum. 50 daily deposits into the person you’re becoming.

If you’ve been consistent — keep stacking wins.
If you fell off — good news: there are 315 days left.

No reset needed. No “perfect day to start”.

Just start now.

Special shoutout to one of our 1Step athletes, Hudson, for offering his services to the local community during this winter storm. Not only did he and his father help us with our storefront, they even helped out our neighboring businesses. 🙏

And of course, super grateful to have a landlord like @melvinortez to help us get our parking lot cleared out for everyone’s safety! Stay tuned for our schedule tomorrow.
