This time around saw our club record smashed by 2 minutes by @danbondruns with an impressive 41 minutes 🤯 amazing to see so much effort being giving by every single runner up there who joined us! What a way to start your morning! 38 body’s between the 2 mornings, what a bunch of savages 🔥

Mixing it up today with hill reps in Kelvingrove Park, x5 1k loops with a warm up and cool down, crazy to think you still get around 1000ft of ascent in the park ⛰️🏃

All about discipline and showing up, you dont have to be the fittest or the fastest, you just have to get up out of bed and put in the effort⛰️🏃

What a morning 😍
.
This morning we held our first ever Ascension guest session with non other than Rowan Boswood! The morning start of letting the whole team try some of the amazing products @highlandfuelnutrition had sorted for us!
After this Rowan gave us a quick insight into his training and his approach to running hills, and after a short warm up we got to work. The conditions were not ideal but the whole team put in a great shift and we were soon at the top where we had the best time running over the top of the Campsie hills!
After some more chats on training zones ect we turned and headed back with everyone in great spirits! Also was amazing to have one of our other sponsors along Tom @sonaterrauk 🙌🏼
thanks to everyone who joined, already buzzing about the next one 👀

Super proud of my client running his first marathon and hitting PBs all round!

Start of this year, my client came to me with a goal of running the @lochnessmarathon with a timeline of 4hrs 20mins.

We have been mainly focusing on strength, endurance, power, breathing, recovery and technique.

Not only have we worked on the above, but also adapting our training to manage injuries.

With sheer hard work, determination and discipline to the training, my client smashed his goal in 3hrs 48mins 1sec!!! 🙌🏾🤩🏃🏻🏅

The best feeling for a coach is seeing your clients set a goal(s), working towards them and then absolutely smashing them 😎

Lovely sunny day walk around Strathclyde country park today, trying to walk more to get extra exercise, apparently it’s also good for the mind, hoping it starts to work as I honestly need better mind health!

Anyway lots of pics of birds 🦢 birds 🪿 and more birds 🦆
