Childhood friends with a kid getting married to his childhood friend. Family friends since childhood there to cheer them on. I don’t know what the hell is going on here, but it’s goddamn lovely. Also realizing I somehow did not get a picture of the bride, maybe because I was paying attention.

in honor of this next season of teaching and gardening on Brooklyn rooftops that is soon to begin, i’m sharing some images from our beloved season last year, (so many bees, rogue tomatillos, and insanely tall pink amaranths not pictured) 🩷 radical, revolutionary practice of loving corrections, in just and true relationship to nature and where we get our food, to the slowness and patience that farming and educating asks of us - taking the work off the farm and into community is our collective calling 🌱 we’re excited to get started!!!!!!
