A Love Letter: TLDR; I got accepted to grad school and moved to New York City!!! About a year ago, I graduated from undergrad with my degree in Psychology and fell in love with research and social identity. It led me to so many opportunities: I became a research assistant, got a job in community healthcare, I got my own house, and made friends with some of the most amazing people in the entire world. A few months ago, I got accepted to grad school as a Masters student on the social psych track and a week ago I left everything I knew and moved into a tiny apartment in the middle of New York City far away from my family and friends to try to pursue my dreams. This past week has been full of tears, happiness, anxiety, and excitement (also getting lost on the trains A LOT). So many emotions that I probably can't begin to put a name to. I love and miss everyone and I want to say thank you for not letting me give up this opportunity out of fear. I have no idea what's in store for me, but I am so excited to begin this new journey and I hope you all will be there to go on this journey with me. ❤
