Someone recently asked me, “How do you know God is real?”
My answer was simple: Spend a week with students who are genuinely seeking Jesus. Watch people faithfully pray over them. Witness hearts soften, lives change, burdens lifted, and hope restored. When you see what unfolds, it’s hard to explain it as anything other than God at work.

Once again, I’m in awe of Jesus. It’s an incredible privilege to watch Him transform lives, and I’m deeply honored that He chooses to use me as a small part of His story.

✨ Celebrating Women’s Art Week in Palm Beach ✨

Hosted by the incredible @gaby_viteri_ the @firstfemalepb to bring this vision to life.

my connection with Gaby started exactly one year ago during Women’s Art Week. I attended a few events, reached out to collaborate, and she immediately opened her home — and her heart — to me.

She hosted one of my Writing as Medicine workshops at her house, and from there a friendship blossomed.

In just one year we’ve covered quite a bit of territory…
Yoga together.
Long walks and deep conversations.
Her Speed Kills show debut at her home.
Birthday drinks.
Laughing, venting, witnessing each other grow.

Creativity has always been central to my life — it’s what my TEDx talk is about — and women’s creativity feels especially powerful to me.

Because when we make art, we make ourselves.

This morning Gaby gave a talk at @cm_palmbeach and dropped a line that stayed with me:

“Local + community is a vibe.”

Mic drop. 🎤

That philosophy is exactly why we connected. We both believe deeply in the power of local community and creative energy.

So proud of what you’ve created, Gaby.
And so happy to call you my friend.
