✨ Welcome to the July 1% Club. ✨

Whether today was your very first day here or you’ve been showing up with me all month… I hope you’re so incredibly proud of yourself.

Be proud—not just of the results you can see, but of every choice you made to keep showing up.

Every workout.
Every walk.
Every healthy meal.
Every time you got back up after falling off track.

Those small choices are what make up the 1%.

If you were here for all of July, be proud. If you joined halfway through, be proud. If you stumbled but kept going, be proud.

Progress isn’t about being perfect—it’s about refusing to quit.

This month, don’t chase perfection. Chase consistency. Show up for yourself one day at a time, and trust that those tiny 1% improvements will become a life you never thought was possible.

I’m proud of you already. Now let’s make August count. 💪✨
