A lot of us were never taught how to take care of our mental health. So we push it down and hope it sorts itself out, especially when talking about it still feels uncomfortable. We partnered with Capyness Psychology to change that. Just Be a Capybara, an evening for working adults to slow down, breathe, move, paint, and actually check in with themselves. No pressure to talk if you’re not ready to. 📅 25 September (Friday) 📍 Capyness Psychology, PJ 🕗 7:30pm – 10:30pm Early bird till 23 Sept: RM129 alone / RM235 for a pair. link in bio to register 🔗

I think my younger self would have dropped seeing these photos, I honestly have never seen myself as a teacher, coach or a mentor growing up. But the world puts you in crazy places when you show up and keep showing up. 4 days in KL had me running on lozenges and adrenaline. 2 storytelling bootcamp days, 1 corporate training, 1 meetup. Can’t wait to be back again KL, you are amazingggg 🙏💚 Thanks for the amazing photos @danieldacostalai

This is the part of the journey people don’t usually show. Do I have everything figured out? Definitely not. Has life suddenly become easy or stress-free? Honestly…it’s even more tiring. But do I feel more fulfilled creating again? Absolutely, yes. I’m still learning, exploring, trying to piece this brand together to build something meaningful from scratch. If you’re on a similar path, or just curious to see where this goes — welcome to the club. Let’s grow together!🤍
