Started the day with an amazing local breakfast in Plasencia, where I found this old landline phone. Then we took a small boat to explore the islands about an hour from Placencia, snorkeling alongside giant turtles, stingrays, and baby sharks. It wouldn’t be a boat trip without a little rain!

To the left of SFSTP are 4 undocumented lines that deserved names, so they could be referenced and climbed more often.

@mendnsend noticed the line and thought of the name after noticing chalk and asking around.

Thankful to have put this one down first session. The traverse into is nails!! 😵‍💫

While trying some of the harder lines on the Cannabis Boulder a few weeks ago @mendnsend found this fun line to warm up on.

We’re assuming it’s been done before, but there’s nothing online, so we dubbed it Pregame Puff for documentation purposes.

My First V10!! X2 😱🤯😎 12/9/25

I tried this problem for the first time in April, after sending Jah Natty, and I was able to get both my hands up, but couldn’t move my feet to save my life.

I had never tried a v10 before, and didn’t plan on it until I had at least 10 v9’s under my belt, but I figured I’m not getting any younger, so might as well try.

I originally told myself I wanted one of the grade before I turned 40, but I had only done one 9 and didn’t feel like I was ready, despite what some of my friends believed.

I need to thank @slapthesloper Brent @tico_board Evana, and of course @jess.morante for always believing in me and motivating me to try harder than I’ve ever tried this year at 44 years old!!

I chose this problem because I’ve seen a lot of people way stronger than me struggle with it, so I knew it wouldn’t get downgraded anytime soon, like so many people feel they need to do for some reason or another.

What’s crazy is, I had never tried the bottom, and I had never topped it, but after figuring out how to bring my right foot up and feeling the crimps, I just wanted to see how far I could get, and ended up topping.

I was stoked, but I also knew that I dabbed the tree, and couldn’t let my first of the grade be scrutinized by my friends and haters, so I literally came down and sent it again back to back clean AF!!

No fluke, no dab, All Stoke!! 🤯

I visited this problem a couple years ago, threw down pads, and immediately picked them back up after realizing it was not a v6 as per the original Chattbloc. Lol

Last Friday after getting back from NC, I met up with the homies, and surprisingly put it down in one session, joining @allduez on the send train 🚂

I had no expectations of sending since my skin was still tender from TC, my knee was feeling tweaky, and the temps got back up to 80°, but after my first attempt, I felt like it could actually go.

I gotta thank @mendnsend @dacain0590 @thextramiles19 @nate_th3_gr3at and of course David for the beta and stoke on this great underestimated and overlooked problem in the creek.

We spotted this Creekside boulder that looked similar to The Wave at @stoneforttn so we had to check it out.

It was too clean to be an FA, and I would have named it Red Tide because of how it looks and because of all the blood @mendnsend left behind on it from pealing off on it until the send. Lol Check out his video for a picture of his fingers. 👀😵🩸

I later received a message that it was already named “The Tide” by someone else. Fun one for sure!

After the last, we went back to the Graffiti Arete Boulder to finish the center line.

@mendnsend rehearsed the top and sent easy. I ate 💩 1st attempt and then freaked out once I rocked over the slopey lip before topping. 😂 Great Line!
