Today was not an easy day on the park. Ankles and toes were in pain. Knees were crying halfway into the run. Lower back pains kicked.

Unfortunately that did not stop me. Keep going. Took some time to stretch and breath in between the run but didn’t turn back. Made sure I get the numbers and distance in.

Honestly the body has a way of testing us at times. It can remind us of how easy it’s is to quit or give up.
The mental battle we face everyday we choose to go the extra mile is beautiful. We should embrace it and love it.

Learn to love the pain and push through.
