POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Spring/Summer ‘26

Feel like the theme of these last few months has been balancing the adventures I want to have and those that I want to organize for others.

The Super Saunter, and the West Seattle Saunter were incredible, but trying to balance organizing those with biking to Portland in a day, the troll world tour, circumnavigating Mt St Helens and having a full time job is definitely something. Fortunately the motivation is back which I’m definitely gonna need for the Fall.

I also always think that I should be documenting the adventures more for social media, but who has time for that when you’re out adventuring.

This is a ramble, but thankful to everyone who supports the adventures and thankful to my friends. Big S/O to everyone that come to saunters too!

Toodles!

When Mercer and I first met Wendy @hyblfanninfloraldesign, we just knew.🤎

For Saturday, the inspiration was coppery reds, golden speckled pears, brown orchids, creamy dahlias, and foraged wild branches with textural accents. For Friday, lots of apples, a fall block print, and orangey, terracotta tones. And for the Bridal Luncheon — moss and anything green (Mercer’s favorite color).🌿

Wendy, a thoughtful and soft-spoken artist, tells stories through the natural. Every branch, every stem whispered something true…

A Williamstown wedding in full autumn bloom🍂Copper and golden fall tones, bridal anemones from the dress to the garden, and a joyful chorus from the Williams tailgate in the distance - which honestly felt like the town cheering them on. Mercer and Theo, forever looks lovely on you!🍎09-27-25🤎

No better place to spend the summer than Washington, but also maybe the other Washington, and maybe Massachusetts for a weekend too.

The Atlantic Ocean

Sharing these photos from Saturday, taken by THE @mercer8

Although I felt pretty terrible illness wise and the sky wasn’t full of sunshine and rainbows, it truly was amazing to see the Atlantic (and immediately jump in). I hadn’t seen it until that point, so it will always be an unforgettable moment for me. I can say that I will probably never see the ocean the same way again after Saturday.

It was even more unforgettable because I got to share the experience with friends, family, strangers, and folks that had also walked across the country. Very thankful to those that showed up, y’all are real ones and I’ll always be grateful that you made the trip.

Still gotta walk up to New Haven, but Ive been thinking a lot about “the end” of the walk especially after Saturday. Although Coney Island was special, as was DC and I’m sure New Haven will be, I don’t know if the walk will actually feel over until I’m settled. An address, a bed, a routine, the works and beyond. Still plenty of work to get to that point too.

At least after Saturday there was some sense of relief. I’ll always be able to say that I walked from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic, across the entirety of America. And no one can take that away from me.

It would not have been possible with help of so many a long the way. So although I wish everyone who helped me out along this walk could have been there to celebrate, hopefully you can understand how grateful I am for your support. You helped me get here.

That’s all, off to New Haven tomorrow

Toodles,

Holden Minor Ringer
