Happy 17th Birthday to my beautiful daughter, Elizabeth!

You are a precious gift from God, and I am so grateful for the blessing of being your mother. As you step into this beautiful new age, may the Lord guide your steps, protect you, grant you wisdom, and fill your life with favour, joy, and endless opportunities.

May you grow in grace, excel in all you do, and become everything God has destined you to be. May your light shine brighter every day, and may you always have reasons to smile.

My daughter, my pride, my joy, my answered prayer.

Happy 17th birthday, Elizabeth! Mummy loves you more than words can express.

25 years later… and I still look at you and smile.

We’ve grown, changed, built a family and walked through different seasons together — but the friendship that started it all is still here.

Happy Anniversary to us.
25 years of us. 17 years of marriage.

25 years together… and we’re still learning.

Marriage has taught us that love isn’t always butterflies and beautiful pictures. There are hard conversations, disagreements, tears, forgiveness, growth and seasons when you wonder if you can keep going.

But difficult seasons don’t always mean the story is over.

If you’re going through a tough season in your marriage, pause before you give up. Pray. Talk. Forgive. Seek help. Keep working on it — if the marriage is safe and both of you are willing.

Because sometimes, what looks like the end is simply a season that needs patience, grace and intentional work.

25 years taught us one thing: keep choosing each other, and keep God at the centre.

Save this for a difficult day.
Share it with someone who needs this reminder.

We started as two young people with dreams and no idea what the future would look like.

Today, looking at the family we’ve built, our hearts are full.

God has been faithful.

This is more than an anniversary celebration.
This is a celebration of the blessings that came with the journey. ❤️🙏🏽

**“At 17, they said my life was over…
At 40, I have 3 children, 2 master’s degrees, and a son who just completed his own master’s 🥺❤️

Don’t let one mistake define your entire life.

Your story can still change.”**
