It’s hard to put into words what this ending feels like. Ending my cheer career feels unreal, and I don’t think it’s fully hit me yet that this chapter of my life is over. Cheer was such a huge part of my life for so long, but more than anything, I’ll forever be grateful for the people it brought into my life and the memories we made together.
This team became so much more than just a team to me it became a family, a support system, and a place where I always felt understood. Somewhere along the way, these girls stopped feeling like teammates and started feeling like sisters. We laughed together, cried together, celebrated together, and grew together, and no trophy or title could ever compare to the bond we had with each other.
Through all the highs and lows, this journey brought me closer to God than I ever expected. Cheer taught me strength, faith, confidence, and reminded me that I was never alone. Looking back now, I realize it was never really about winning, it was about the friendships, and the memories, and the love we all had for each other.
And honestly, if I had the chance to do it all over again… I wouldn’t. Not because I didn’t love it with my whole heart, but because this journey was already everything it was supposed to be. Every memory and every lesson shaped me into who I am today, and I wouldn’t change a single thing about it.
Thank you @cheerinfinityallstars_cia @billydunlap_cia @mlcureton @bass_freak_shane for the most incredible years of my life. 🤍

How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard and i think that’s when you realize it was never really about the trophies, titles, or banners hanging on the walls. It was about the people who stood beside you through every high and low, the coaches who pushed you to become stronger, the friendships that quickly became family, and the memories that somehow became part of who you are. This gym gave me so much more than cheer it gave me family, a safe space and the best 15 years of my life.

This gym didn’t just shape me as an athlete, it shaped me as a person and strengthened my relationship with God in ways i never expected. What nobody tells you is that eventually the thing you built your whole life around becomes a memory. One random practice becomes your last practice. One random competition becomes the last time you’ll ever do what you love with the people who made you love it. And i think that’s what hurts the most. Not losing cheer, but losing the version of life where all of us were together in it.

As sad as this goodbye is, i’ll forever be grateful i got to grow up surrounded by people who feel like home. They were there for some of the most important years of my life and i honestly don’t know who i would be without them. Thank you @cheerinfinityallstars_cia @mlcureton @billydunlap_cia @bass_freak_shane for being the greatest part of my childhood and for giving me memories i’ll carry with me forever.
