I’ve been hanging out to speak to Maddy Mara.

Maddy Mara are two Melbourne based kids authors (Hilary Rogers and Meredith Badger) who have achieved incredible things. I’m in awe of these two!

We had a terrific chat about how Hilary and Meredith conquered the US, their candid thoughts on the industry, the key to a successful creative partnership and much more.

New series alert! Thrillingly we have a second dragon series out with @scholasticinc this year, cos it turns out one dragon series ain’t enough. #DragonGames is pacy and funny and surprising and a teensy bit scary. At least, we think it is. It’s launching in the US in May (books 1 and 2 are already out exclusively in the schools channels over there) and in ANZ in Aug. We’ll be able to share the Aus covers soon @squeegool #maddymara #newbookseries
