Thank you soccer.

Soccer is the only sport I consistently played. I wasn’t the greatest but I loved the game. I made so many friends and connections that I never thought I would. I have had some of the greatest memories made and the most fun times. I had a total of 27 yellow cards my high school career…were just going to ignore that. This sport was an outlet for me and a sport i genuinely enjoyed. Thank you to Coach Jutt the best coach I have ever had in my entire life throughout all sports. He wanted to win but he cared about me and the team as a person which is why we had an incredible season. This was just the start of his coaching and can’t wait to see where the team goes. Most importantly thank you to the team, you all never fail to make me laugh and smile anytime I see any of you. We also can not forget the birth of thelevieats on TikTok that I enjoyed and looked forward to recording after every game. #19 signing out.

Well my barista era is officially over :(
Cafe 28, you are so precious to me!!
I had the most amazing privilege to work there for all of my college career. It has been such a blessing to me to be able to work here on my breaks from school to make some extra money. But, this place was so much more than a paycheck to me.

What a blessing this place has been to me for these past few years. When I was younger, I remember always wanting to have a place to hang out with friends or do homework. And Cafe 28 provided that and exceedingly more. Lauren, thank you for your vision that has made this a reality for me and so many others!

This place has been such a gift to the community. It has created memories that I will treasure for a lifetime. It has provided many quick coffee runs in the morning, time with friends you haven’t seen in a long time, bible studies, bridal showers, graduation parties, and so much more. I am forever blessed for the opportunity to be apart of.

I have also been blessed to work with the most amazing girls!! They are everything to me, and I hate that I won’t be able to see them everyday. I hope we can continue to keep up with each other’s lives and always remember the fun time we’ve had working, baking, making TikToks, and mostly laughing at cafe 28. We have all grown up together and supported each other in so many more ways than I can even count. Thank you team for making me a better person!!

When I started at cafe 28, I was coming out of my first year in college. There were so many uncertainties, so many unknowns that constantly filled my mind. Now, I am going into my last semester of nursing school. It’s amazing how the Lord works!!

Thank you Cafe 28 for my coffee addiction!! Now whenever we go anywhere, I must have a coffee to function properly :)
