Wait… this is a bathroom? 😍

Specially curated by Merite Design Studio, this little space proves that even a bathroom deserves personality.

No more boring walls — Nabila turns every corner into a statement, with colour, detail and just the right amount of drama.

Because good design shouldn’t stop at the living room. ✨

Would you go this bold for your bathroom?

From discarded IKEA piece to iconic statement furniture. ✨

At Merite Design Studio, Nabila Nasir sees potential where others see something to throw away rebuilding old pieces with colour, character and a whole new story.

Maximalism isn’t about buying more. It’s about seeing more in what you already have. (The Star)

Minimalist or maximalist what’s the difference?

But what if more can be meaningful too?

Watch the video as Nabila shares what maximalist design really means and how it differs from minimalist design.

Which one are you? 👀

Female Founder Feature ✨

This episode brings us into the colourful world of Merite Design Studio, and the story behind its founder, Nabila Nasir.

What started from Nabila solving her own problem at home slowly became the birth of her very own design studio a space filled with bold ideas, maximalist furniture and pieces that are unapologetically full of character.

I love how she turned a personal need into something she could create, build and share with others.

Because sometimes, the best business ideas begin with simply asking:

“Why can’t I find what I’m looking for?”

And then… creating it yourself.

Step into Merite Design Studio with me and discover how Nabila uses colour, design and maximalism to bring a little more joy into everyday living. 🌈✨

Came for the event. Left thinking about my entire business. 😂

Had such a good afternoon at The Art of Being Chosen, thanks to an invitation from Emily Chin of Female Founders Malaysia & Southeast Asia.

At one point, I shared my own business situation with the room and gave me some unexpected clarity to think about.

Beautiful setting at Nabila’s Merite Design Studio - the Maximiser queen, great women, great conversations… and a decadent Hilton high tea to finish.

Good things happen when you get into the right rooms.

Day 5 of Royal Sembilan Buyers Week 🇲🇾🇹🇼

A special afternoon welcoming our delegates from Taiwan, sharing a little Malaysian heritage, craftsmanship and hospitality.

It was wonderful to see how much they enjoyed discovering @royalsembilan and even better, shopping their favourite pieces along the way!
