This week’s featured artist is Kelly Conner of MeritMade! Kelly is based is Kansas City and specializes in jewelry making. Her pieces are made using traditional metal smithing techniques and combining those with the modern and minimal design to create stunning and eye-catching jewelry. “I strongly believe in quality over quantity. I believe that design can be beautiful, classic, and reverent to the materials. I believe in creating future heirlooms that are meant to be worn and loved,” Kelly Conner. To get a closer look at some of her pieces stop by the gallery soon!

From Kelly’s first workshop in 2015, to the first memberships in 2019, and making Alloy (and @delicatehammerstudio !!) official in 2022 - it’s never lost on us that SO many of you come to Alloy to make, create, and find community amongst so many amazing metalsmith.

In honor of National Small Business Day coming up (On the SAME day as our Garage Sale 5/10!) I just want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who supports @alloy, @meritmade and @craftedunion.

During your private wedding band workshop, you can add an inside ring engraving. This process is super easy and is included in the cost of the class.

The hardest part is picking what you might want to put on the inside of your ring. We suggest your initials, wedding anniversary, special phrases, song lyrics, or even your nickname.
