Slides 9 and 10: Departure day.

At that point, I was sure that combined, no other school had as much fun as we did! Although we were all nearing bankruptcy and had stretched ourselves to the absolute limits😩
You guys are the best!❤️
Notably, Nwobodo Juliet Ujunwa @junsempire1 has all the photo credits; thank you so much nne.

@pansnational 🙌🙌

PS: if you missed this year's, oh well I can't say I didn't warn you 😎 But it's an annual event, so there's definitely going to be a next time— hopefully, not for all of us😂

Kindly note that these pictures—and others that will follow suit, are posted in no particular order. That is, from different events. So you could have pictures from day 1 and day 4 in the same post...
.
Now that we've cleared that up, last week, 44 unn Pansites Stormed the ancient city of Benin. Precisely, we were at Igbinedion university, Okada for the 47th Pans national convention.
.
I'd try to paint a picture of all that went down throughout the 7 days but even I couldn't do that accurately. There's however, something to be said about the palpable joy we all felt. On the one hand, we hadn't seen each other for about 6 months. On the other, we were in an environment where the only mandate was: HAVE FUN. So...go figure.
.
On my own part, I'm still reeling from the euphoria. Since we returned home 72 hours ago—each to his/her tent, I often find myself grinning from cheek to cheek. My heart fluttering and kicking as though a child. The same can be said for all of us. Because despite the not-so-wonderful planning, we went out of our ways to make indelible memories.
And so days after, I still walk around with the sweet-sour hot taste of alcohol in my mouth. I still think of how I crushed my lungs from shouting pallazo with @savie_10 and @kingbauss
I still glow at the thought of the cheery performances from our own @kenheady in search of his Billie jean. Or is it the elegance of our own miss world and everything in between: @ellafloxacin
I remember @rx_xtus razor-sharp concerns for the welfare of his people, and I still marvel at his constant gracefulness. Through and through, @bae_ritty shone through the bonfires and museum tours. In the end, it's perhaps how @flawless._._._ truly lived the WaZoBia dream that may stay with me.

I can't recount every laughter and banter. [@kenechiben is an OG you must have with you on every trip.] Every sweat lost and lost rib gained. I can only thank God for seeing us through, and for creating me alongside such incredible people. The writer in me is refusing to stop but I have to; we just came back from unbelievable fun, not a missionary journey.
So to all the fond memories and fast-kicking nostalgia, daalu nu ndioma ndioma.

THE RAYS☀️
Travels Far and lits up our flowing days.
Very sharp but leads our ever daily gaze.
With no argument attached, from the onset it has been the source of Nature's light.
In all dimensions and directions it aids our sight.
All to our amazement and delight.
Of which we should always remember the brother, moonlight.

Cherished are these.
For with them we move with eaze.
And then live in peace.
Just a piece 😉

How'd you rate it? 😊

S H A K E T H E S A L T H A B I T!

To commemorate the on-going World Salt Awareness Week, a team of Health professionals from different specialties (in ISPOR) toured round Nsukka communities (about 6 different Locations) to Educate them on the safe use of Salt.

We're thankful for the warm reception showered on us by the good people of Nsukka communities.

And much more than that, we're happy that these people are already making radical behavioural changes about their health habits in line with the things we taught them.
