We had the privilege of chatting with award winning chef and co-founder of @hotlikesauce_catering, @merlinverrier, while he was preparing the show day meals for @johnsummit and his team at Folsom field last month.

Like like most chefs, Merlin, spends the majority of his days on his feet cooking and pouring all of his energy into creating delicious dishes. He needs energy, he needs focus, and most importantly he needs to be able to sleep soundly at night so he can wake up refreshed and ready to do it all again tomorrow.

That’s why he always chooses to have Hazlo on hand for himself and his team 🙌

John Summit and crew put on an incredible show at Folsom Field, blown away! @hotlikesauce_catering straight up slaying the food for these amazing people all week. I am full of love and honored to be on this crew. Grateful

It's surreal to think that I’d ever have the chance to see Morrisey perform live, let alone be in the front row… or even cook for the band. Life has a way of surprising you, and moments like this are something I’ll always be grateful for.
