A little about how I communicate: I’m hard of hearing, with access to about 60% of speech sounds. I use English, lip reading, hearing aids, and sign language. After all, sign language makes a lot of sense for a mermaid, doesn’t it?! 🌊

I’m passionate about inspiring Deaf and hard of hearing kids to see themselves in the water, and I make swim lessons and mermaid events accessible and welcoming for everyone.

Des mois, des semaines, des nuits entières à créer, à imaginer, à mettre en musique nos idées @davidzincke et moi, et ça y est: Il est à vous. Cet EP ovni, qui, nous l’espérons, ne ressemble à aucun autre. Six morceaux, six voyages, chacun avec son propre paysage sonore et ses propres histoires. ✨

Beneath the cold, clear water of Lake Tahoe, a mermaid rests surrounded by history. 🧜‍♀️💙

The Emerald Bay Underwater Maritime Heritage Trail is California’s first underwater heritage trail. Sitting in 10-60ft of water are early 1900s launches, rowboats, and barges like these. Most were scuttled when they outlived their usefulness, and Tahoe’s cold water has preserved them beautifully.

Swipe for a reminder ➡️ Emerald Bay is a beautiful place to boat, but please share the water. It’s also an active dive and snorkel site. Slow down, watch for flags, and assume someone’s in the water. 💙
