🌱She’s been holding this pose, and this secret, for who knows how long. I used to do the same thing with my own health: hold it together on the outside, quietly struggling on the inside.
🌱That’s exactly why I coach the way I do.
🌱Real wellness isn’t a pose. It’s the work underneath it.
🌱Helping women live cleaner, more intentional, fully nourished lives isn’t a slogan for me; it’s what this moment actually feels like.

Aw ya it’s back 🎶. Blending South Asian Female Gong acoustics (this gong has nipples🔥) with meditation & movement, the Yin + Sound Bath class was intentionally curated and born at @trufusion early last year.

After months of traveling and integration from India 🕉️🇮🇳🧘🏻‍♀️— I’m happy to be back teaching @trufusion_bluediamond , Tuesday nights, 6:15PM!

Not just stretching.
Not just sound.

➡️A 60-minute practice thats gifts the container for mental clarity, deeper wisdom, and restorative movement — the kind your nervous system needs on the regular.

For you hot yogis, my Thursday 8AM Hot Power Vinyasa 1/2 classes are also back at @trufusionsummerlin - already in full effect.🌡️💧

See you on your mat!

Happy August! 💪🏻

Last night Mikey and the whole crew at Etho Wellness Club made history at Founder's Night.

They shared the past, they talked about where the wellness community is today, and they shared a vision for where we can go in thr future.

Everyone put their intentions of what they believe is possible for the future of Etho, Las Vegas, and beyond.

At Choice Sound, Shaun and I were excited to setup the sound so the Morning Wood Crew could cook up some of the most immaculate sunset beats this skyline have witnessed

We often feel dissatisfied in our relationships when we are bored with OURSELVES!

When you expect your relationship to be the sole source of your inspiration, curiosity, or pleasure, it’s a dead end. Always!

It is so very common for women to slowly become disconnected from themselves as a relationship deepens, as we focus on nurturing, adapting, and caring for the other.

And then, when things get boring, we start to question the other person. But what can be more helpful is asking yourself:

1. Where do I feel stuck or dissatisfied in my own life?
2. When was the last time I felt deeply connected to my own aliveness?

Whether it’s a hobby, movement practice, friendships, passion, or something else, it matters!!!

The things that stoke your aliveness aren’t just trivial fun. Instead, they become the ingredients that generate the energy you bring to your partner.

If you feel energized, playful, and inspired, that energy is what you feed into your dynamic.

When we are connected to our own life force, our natural response to the other can transform from disconnected or even annoyed…to joyful and curious.

Remember, a relationship isn’t 50/50, but 100/100.

Taking responsibility for the 100 that you bring, whenever possible, has the potential to profoundly uplift your relational dynamic 🙌🏼

Ps: Of course, this does not apply to abusive or unsafe relationship dynamics 💕

Inhale & Awaken: The After Movie 🌱

On January 9, 2026, the rain miraculously stopped and the sun came out at our wellness gathering to kickoff our wedding week.

The purpose was to help our guests heal and let go of what no longer served them in the Year of the Snake 🐍 , and to set intentions leading into the Year of the Fire Horse 🐎 We started off with morning yoga leading into layered breathwork, then a sound immersion followed by a cacao ceremony and some light ecstatic dancing in the end ☀️

@randy.gao and I want to express how infinitely grateful we are for everyone involved as this was not an easy event to pull off. A special thanks to @theplannersvn, @namanretreat, @cdbt.studio, and @thekt.studio for setting everything up and getting all of the footage together as we know this was the very first time you’ve worked on a wellness event, and you crushed it!!! ✨

@merriliz, my sister, thank you for bringing @yin.city to Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam and for facilitating yoga, and also breathwork when I lost my voice and needed to preserve energy for the rest of the week ❤️ it was amazing to see people process deeply, while shedding and rebirthing themselves ♾️

@najib_saab, thank you for blessing us with your musical gifts led by ancestry and for being a massive role model as a parent, teacher, facilitator, and guide to me and Randy 💙 We’ve grown so much from you and are immensely grateful for what @963tribe has given us and our community 🌿

@mosemusica what an incredible honor it was to have you at our wedding 🥹🙏 thank you for taking time out of your Asia tour to meet us in Việt Nam and for being a part of our special celebration. I can’t count how many times Randy and I have meditated and healed deeply from your music and bumped to it in the car while still doing so today 💛✨ You’ve been an inspiration and your kindheartedness is still a major highlight of the entire week.

More gratitude conveyed in the comments 🙏

Follow us all for upcoming events in the space and may the world continue to give you infinite love and abundance 🕉️

You don’t need another solo practice. You need a room of people.

Rooms where people grow you, help regulate your nervous system, remind you of the power of your purpose.

Solo meditation has a ceiling. Group energy doesn’t.

10+ years of watching individual intentions magnify ➡️ because they’re held by a room instead of carried alone.

Deeksha.
Oneness.
Yin City.

Find your people.

One of the biggest reasons we stay stuck in patterns is simple:

Familiarity

Even if a pattern is frustrating, or no longer “healthy”, the nervous system may still view it as familiar, and therefore, safe.

It’s like an old computer. It may have worked brilliantly at one point, but eventually it becomes outdated and can’t handle the new tasks at hand.

The good news is that these patterns were learned, which means they can change.

I encourage you to remember that the tiny moments matter so so so much. Each micro moment of self-trust & empowerment help rewire inside, until they become the new baseline.

You got this! ❤️
