The Media and Entertainment Skills Council, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Creative Skills, organized a soulful session to mark International Yoga Day and World Music Day.

We celebrated the beautiful blend of movement and melody through a deeply enriching experience.

We reconnected. Realigned. Rejuvenated.

The session featured Yoga Asanas, Chakra Balancing, and a deeply relaxing Music Bath (Singing Bowl Therapy). From calming asanas to healing sound therapy, we took a well-deserved pause from the daily hustle to recharge, reset, and realign.

Because in the world of media and entertainment, a calm mind creates the loudest impact! 🎶🧘‍♀️
