I hadn’t been back to Spain since I was 21. …Thanks to a special someone, I found myself visiting once again! Everything I look at these days feels like some facsimile of romance. There are a lot of animals and babies. …long train rides and plane rides. …Lots of family and friends around. I am so grateful for that.

So much of my time is spent in an airport. …For work or touring or traveling. …Which is ironic because one of my biggest fears since childhood is flying. Airports feel even more exciting now because I have someone next to me that holds my hand and wants to ‘live in the airport’ with me.

I take so many pictures and videos. I liked these! 💋

** @fede_esperon - thank you for that 2nd photo! It’s one of my favorites!! **

With busy schedules, kids at our feet, and constant digital noise, I decided to started SUMMER FRIDAYS, a locals only morning of women’s wellness, movement, calm and connection.

We start with a grounding yoga, breath work, reiki meditation, or weight class, followed by wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, and poolside unwind.

No phones. No rush. No chaos.
Just space to exhale, reset, connect with eachother, and be fully present.

Come join us. You deserve this.

Turned 34 on Monday, and marked the moment a day early with a beautiful wellness brunch at Blanco Bungalow.. Life’s full (and then some) with three little boys, so I’m rarely on time with posts — but the love and gratitude are right on cue. A quiet moment to celebrate, reflect, and soak it all in. Feeling grateful, grounded, and gently growing into this next chapter.

🤰🏻You’re pregnant but your Pilates studio doesn’t bubble wrap you.

Did you know that you don’t have to stop doing Pilates while pregnant? Not even once you hit a certain stage in pregnancy!

Yes, you heard it right!

Of course, each woman and pregnancy is different, but as long as you are healthy and have a healthy pregnancy, you can join our Pilates classes at the studio.

For the safety of our clients, if you are pregnant and haven’t been to the studio before, the first class is exclusively one-on-one.

Remember, you don’t need to be bubble wrapped. You are a strong woman doing an incredible thing.

We are here to help you stay strong for your future role as a mom.

Note: We kindly ask you to update the instructor with any information or developments that might affect you or your pregnancy.

🎥: Thank you for beautiful @meshakohhhh - you are amazing!

🇺🇸To new beginnings 🌊👋

Looking back at these last 7 years is quite dizzying as it has been some of my wildest years.
What was supposed to just be a job turned out to be so much more,
It became part of who I am.
But as a firm believer that our life is a continuity of wilds adventures to reinvent ourself in the process,
I’ve come recently to a choice and have chosen not to settle for reality and go off, giving me the opportunity to dream another dreams.

Thanks Surfrider you made me grow, you made me smile, you made me learn, you made me fight for the right.

To all the friends I have met along, keep up the passion, never give up on the fight! 🙏💙
