☀️🐺 AND JUST LIKE THAT… THE SUMMER SERIES COMES TO AN END. 🏁

What. A. Summer.

We started with races to run, medals to chase, and goals we weren’t sure we could reach. But somewhere between the early mornings, blazing summer miles, tired legs, finish lines, laughs, and celebrations… we became something bigger than a group of runners.

We became FAMILY. ❤️

Every race told a story.

Some of us got faster.
Some went farther than ever before.
Some fought through miles that tested everything in them.
Some simply refused to quit.

And through every single one of those moments, THE PACK WAS THERE. 🐺

Cheering louder. Running together. Waiting at the finish line. Reminding each other that no matter your pace, your place, or how difficult the journey became…

YOU WOULD NEVER RUN ALONE.

To every runner who showed up this summer — BE PROUD OF YOURSELF. 🏅🔥

Look at the miles you conquered.
Look at the memories you created.
Look at the people standing beside you.

Those medals around our necks represent races completed…

But THIS FAMILY is what we really won.

The Summer Series may be over, but this story is FAR from finished.

Because seasons change.
Races change.
Goals get bigger.

BUT THE PACK REMAINS. 🐺

So one last time for the summer…

HEADS HIGH. MEDALS UP. PACK TOGETHER.

☀️ SUMMER SERIES: COMPLETE. ✅
🐺 THE FAMILY: JUST GETTING STARTED.

ONE PACK. ONE PURPOSE.
AS A TEAM. AS A PACK. AS A FAMILY.

🏅 Medal Monday 🏅
Another Monday, another medal. Another chance to celebrate the work that was put in before race day.
This weekend we didn’t just collect medals we collected new PRs, new confidence, and proof that consistency pays off. All the training, every mile, every moment of pushing through when it would’ve been easier to quit… it’s all paying off.

We’re so proud of everyone who showed up and showed out. Whether you set a PR, crossed the finish line for the first time, or simply refused to give up, you earned every bit of that medal. We even had our first RYP mini run with her mom and complete her first 5k.

The Summer Dash Series is almost over with just one race left, but we’re not slowing down. We’re just getting started. This is only the beginning, and the best is still ahead.
Keep trusting the process. Keep showing up. Keep chasing the next version of yourself.
One Pack. One Purpose. 🐺
No Pace Left Behind. 🖤💛

Day 1055: Another race. Another PR. Another podium.

Every finish line leaves me asking the same question: How much further can I push this body?

A sub-4-hour marathon? A Boston qualifying time? Maybe. Maybe not. But I've learned that chasing the goal isn't what changes you—showing up every single day does.

One run at a time. One mile at a time. Staying consistent. Being persistent. Keep putting in the work, even when nobody's watching. And if I can help pull someone else forward along the way, that's a bigger win than any medal.

Huge thank you to my fellow ambassadors, my running compadres, all of my favorite local run clubs, and everyone who's become part of this journey. You all make the early mornings, the hard miles, and the finish lines that much more meaningful. Big thank you to Dr. Amber Lowe @performativept for kick starting my running journey, getting my running form in check, and helping me run pain free since the start!

Here's to seeing what we're all capable of!

MEDAL MONDAY !! 🏅

ANOTHER SERIES KICKOFF… AND IT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF INCREDIBLE! 🐺🔥

Records were broken. Milestones were reached. Goals were crushed.

But what makes this victory special isn’t just what we accomplished individually—it’s what we accomplished together.

Every mile, every step, every challenge was met as a PACK. No one was left behind. No one fought alone. And every single one of us crossed that finish line stronger than when we started.

The Summer Series is officially underway, and we’re now just TWO MEDALS AWAY from completing another circuit! The mission is clear, the momentum is building, and the best is still ahead of us.

To everyone who showed up, pushed through, and earned their place at the finish line—CONGRATULATIONS! Your hard work, discipline, and determination are paying off.

Wear those medals with pride. Let them shine. Let them remind you of what you’re capable of when you refuse to quit.

The Pack is moving. The hunt continues. And we’re just getting started. 🐺🏅🔥
