Thank you so much to @mysstruwaack for travelling to Manchester and sharing the depths of punking waacking and whacking history, your recommendations on foundation, your extensive inspiration for posing, and a glimpse of your personal coaching for this dance. We truly appreciate every that you brought and how you showed up to these 2 days of extended workshops. We w3rked hard and had a hell of a load of fun in the process!

Thank you to everyone who showed up and showed out this weekend to study, move and feel free.

It's a fabulous time to be a part of @upnorthwaackingproject.uk

Who wants to come and teach our next workshops? 🤓💕🪩
