On our first date, we talked about how we wanted to be find a partner who really wanted to build something spectacular alongside one another. As we go into pride month we wanted to acknowledge how we have done that 😭 from our personal pages of content creation to our favorite home away from home @corecollective.sculpt — we love how creative we get to be together to help build something we’re proud of. Today, we put on one of the most important events we have ever done together in collaboration with incredible local businesses, instructors, and artists, with the intention of bringing people together. We wanted to create space for people to connect, to move, and to share an experience that felt good to be in. With the help of @g.lovepdx and @theloveshackpdx we shut down the whole block, filled it with local small businesses, and lined the entire street with 115 mats for a sculpt class. We watched as every single mat filled with someone who chose to do something new with us this morning. @teabar gifted each participant a matcha lemonade can that they make in house by hand, and we just watched as our incredible teams collectively brought the block to life in a way we’ve never seen. Tbh I cried more than once watching it all unfold. Tears of joy, gratitude, and pride. Thank you to every person who supported this huge event, it couldn’t have been done without each of you! We saw first time market vendors sell out of product, and with each product sold we saw someone’s dream in it 🥹 If you’re in PDX, mark your calendars because we’re doing it again on the last Sunday of the month all summer long. Follow @corecollective.sculpt to stay up to date on the next ticket drop + vendor application coming SOON! Let’s run it back June 28th 🤍 Cover photo from the 2nd studio opening party since we have 0 photos together today we were busy taking pics of everyone who came 🥹 P.s. enjoy the bts of the Summer Kickoff Block Party! #corecollective #sculptsummerblockparty #corecollectivesculpt #pdx
