Thank you @queencitynerve for your support🤍I remember when this album was just words scribbled on napkins and noise in my head. To see it come to life and be recognized in this way feels unreal. Thank you to my team @middlenametj and @yesbeki and newest addition @robert__vandal ✨

Now let’s celebrate this win Dec 7th at the Best in the Nest party!!! Tickets in my bio🥳

What a whirlwind 2023 was.

15+ performance opportunities is truly a blessing and it's what I live for. Thank you to the creators, movers, artists, and wonderful souls I've come in contact with. I am forever inspired by the collective energy that is dispersed through art! It is divine ✨

Here's to even more in 2024 💜🥂

I have had several people ask me what the “theme” of my show is. At first it just felt like a compilation of works from over the years, but looking a little closer I can see a through line: ~transformation~ Each year that passes, I feel more like myself.I have lived so much of my life worrying about judgement but now every day I am giving myself more and more space to be my most authentic self. With this show, I want people to be inspired to tap into their own power, their own authenticity. I want to share that each day we wake up with the opportunity to make the choice of who we want to be, we decide how we walk this earth. Our pasts do not dictate our futures. No matter how stuck you feel, each day is a fresh start to set intentions and work towards them. I also want people to know that they are not alone. We are so much stronger together and so much more connected than we often think. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to create and share work with my community. We have worked so hard and ik its going to be a magical night 💖 Sending love to you all!

I am excited to announce that tickets to the debut @metamorphicdance show are available now!! I started the company in college just wanting to collaborate with my friends and seek out more performance opportunities. Performing feels like flying to me. Its one of my favorite things about this artist life I chose. To be able to perform works I’ve created with friends, in my home city, with a music artist whose work I find so inspiring, creates a gratitude within me that brings tears to my eyes as I write this. Thank you to my teachers and mentors, to my loved ones and everyone who has supported my art because there were so many times I did not believe in myself. I still falter sometimes but your encouragement and love has helped me get to here 💖This show would not be possible without the loving community surrounding me! I also cannot express the lengths of my gratitude for all of the dance artists who continue to share their time and energy with me to create and refine these works that we will present in just a few short months. Yall are rockstars and take my breath away 🫶🏻 Please come out and see this show! We really put ourselves into it and its a one of a kind show 😊 dont miss it!

Real talk, this solo is about me finding healing, coming into my own being, and processing the trauma of sexual abuse. Its been something I have wanted to make for a while but honestly I’ve been scared to go there. Healing is so exhausting and non-linear. My experiences happened years ago but there are still some days where silent tears plague me and all I want to do is lie on the floor for hours. I try to be open about my experiences because I don’t want others to feel alone in their struggles. The politics surrounding roe v wade have been extremely triggering and I have felt pretty horrible physically and emotionally since last week, however; I am grateful to be able to share this piece of my healing and hopefully it brings some peace to others’ hearts as well. Please know that our bodies are sacred, and that can never be taken away from us. Sending love 🪷✨🌸💕

The first non-teaching related choreo I’ve made in a while. It feels so good to be creating for myself again 💛
