SOLA SPOTLIGHT: ✨Pat Wanas

💫Owner of Metamorphosis Life
📍Sola Salons Mandarin
💙Since 2014

"I am Pat Wanas, the owner of Metamorphosis Life. Sola is not just my happy place but it is my cocoon, my place of transformation, where big changes start with small steps. I have over 40 years of experience as a hair colorist and stylist, which includes being an owner of a day spa and salon. After joining Sola over 10 years ago, I embraced a transformation into a holistic and organic business model, Being a Sola studio owner has allowed me to enjoy individuality in my own studio while fostering a sense of community. Being a part of Sola has allowed me to continue my metamorphosis, from being a holistic hair dresser to becoming a wellness and lifestyle coach, with a focus on nutrition. I love having the freedom of being in my cocoon and becoming all the desires of my heart…I love making my clients beautiful, inside and out! Being with Sola for over 10 years, I have been privileged to experience the beauty of being with this company...it keeps getting better and better! I am so thankful to be a part of this community, giving me my wings to fly!"

HUMP DAY!! Some of us woke up dreading the day ahead. Instead of dread choose to make today great!! It is possible to change your thoughts. It's hard at first because; it's a habit to think negatively. The first thing you have to do is catch yourself thinking negative THEN it's on! You can think of lovely things that bring you joy. The beach, family friends. Making a gratitude list is a powerful tool. Think about all the good things in your life and see how blessed you really are. I bless you today! Let's rejoice and be glad this is the day the Lord made!! 😊🤗😘❤️#humpdaymotivation #mindset #lookonthebrightsideofthings
