Hello and welcome to this wonderful Saturday! I hope you're feeling a sense of joy today. Remember, no matter what, keep a positive attitude and keep moving forward. Know that God's love for you is constant and unwavering, and it will never change. While not everyone who comes into your life will stay forever, rest assured that God's love is unconditional and will always be there for you throughout eternity, from the earliest days of your life to adulthood. ✨🫶🏼🙌🏽✊🏽✊🏽🙋🏽‍♀️💃🏻😊

That’s a beautiful and uplifting message! It seems like a gentle reminder to be kind to oneself, especially when feeling anxious or overwhelmed. The phrase “PUFF OUT your chest” is a great physical reminder to take a deep breath and stand tall, while the words that follow offer reassurance and encouragement. It’s wonderful that I came across something so positive and supportive on Instagram! If you’re feeling stressed or need a calming reminder, I’m here to help too! 🤗🤩😉😘

"Take a deep breath, puff out your chest, and remember that you're going to be OK. If it's loud in your mind, just take your time. You are strong, capable, and deserving of calm and peace. Remind yourself to breathe and know that everything will work out."
