“Leading into the Christmas season, at the end of November, we start with a group discussion with a certified nutritionist, who is also our health coach... Our aim is to basically get everyone in the mental state that this is the holiday Olympics, she told Lifestyle....." To read the full story of the Dec 13th article visit https://jamaica-gleaner.com/

It has been a surreal experience over the last couple of weeks, so this is a Milestone photo dump. Never thought after watching Neville and Simone for years on TV, I'd be invited to stand next to them to showcase my business @abzdancefitness ❤️.

I also got invited to tell my story in the Gleaner, how this all started etc. I can't thank you enough for this feature. It meant a lot 🥹 @kryssywrites

The Highlight on my IG page titled Media and Features has the link to the Gleaner article and full video of the TVJ appearance. 😌

2022 has been a BEAUTIFUL MANIFESTATION, if you know my story, you know I've come a long way. 💫

It was hard to pick my BEST VIEW for 2022 because i got to experience so many unique places, but seeing Jamaica from above is always so peaceful. It really is the land of wood and water. 🏝🏖🏞

Thank you 2022 for some stunning memories 🥂🥂
2023 I am ready for you!

HABITS to start in 2023 🌱 drop an “IM IN” if you’re doing these with me!

I used to not care that much about habits. I would sleep in, likely roll out of bed in a hurry, and wonder why I wasn’t prioritizing what mattered to me during the day.

Habits like reading my Bible before I pick up my phone (definitely not easy… but makes me feel so good after I do it!), treating my body like a temple by nourishing it etc. A few habits can help you become a better version of yourself over time.

Share with a friend to do this with them! Follow @abzdancefitness for upcoming giveaway and more lifestyle & wellness inspo 💕
