Your keeper is 14 and splitting time, or not playing much. What matters more?

Sebastiano Mana, head of goalkeeping at @metovalacademy: up to U15 or U16, consistent, good goalkeeper coaching matters more than anything else. Splitting play time is fine. At U17, when colleges start looking, minutes matter, and it may be time to go where he can play.
