Space Cowboy is out! A song about saving the earth and the universe from the baddies that be. The feeling you get when you steal all the space weapons of space war and release them into the nearest sun 🌞

“Floatin thru space never been so sweet.
In all of the silence, I hear somethin speak.”

I made a game for you to jam too, inspired by the song.

Visit my website to check it out 🎵✨

Have you ever thought that in space, wood is more valuable than diamonds or gold? What if wood becomes the most valuable material in the universe? 🌲 Where a wooden chair becomes a symbol of wealth for only the wealthiest in the future space empires.

NEW SONG dropping Sept 30th with KADE CASTLE on vocals and JON ELIS on lead guitar ~ ‘twas a wonderous time in the studio that fated night, and we couldn’t be happier with the result of the creative channel that occured. We hope yerr ready to hear some SPACE COWBOY music! Yeehaw 🎸🛸🐴✨

Stay tuned for more from the Soace Cowboy universe.

…somewhere far away.. where cowboys steal weapons from the super galactic empires and throw them into the closest sun. 🌞 leave them space nasties to us.. we got you.

New projects are pulling me back into fulldome and immersive art this season. As I step back in, I want to share some archives I never fully put out into the world.

One of those is Hidden Temples, which is a fulldome piece I pitched with at @domefestwest 2024, where I was humbled to be selected as one of 10 artists globally for a grant competition, presenting to @hubblo_immersion and @android_jones.

The project came from solo thru hiking 100 miles of the Shikoku pilgrimage which is an 800 mile footpath connecting 88 ancient temples in Japan, which traces the footsteps of Kūkai, a 9th century monk who wove spirit into nature, the body, and presence itself.

I recorded these temples in VR/XR, bringing these transmissions to a planetarium that the audience could step inside of.

**even the blossoming flowers will eventually scatter
who in our world is unchanging?
today we cross the deep mountains of illusion
and we shall not have superficial dreams
nor be deluded**

My own spiritual foundation has shifted since walking this path, but Kūkai’s vision still resonates in the idea that the kingdom is not somewhere far off, but here, now, inside and around us. “the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:21.

Fulldome remains the most compelling way I know how to tell a story — on a surface that is the shape of our earth. Call me a planetarian 🤷‍♀️😹🌐⛩✨

Every artist brings a different story to the dancefloor.

Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Colin James has become a cornerstone of the local underground through hypnotic blends, thoughtful musical storytelling, and an unwavering dedication to the craft. His sound has earned him support alongside Louie Vega, Mark Farina, Marques Wyatt, and Gene Farris, while reaching listeners as far as the UK’s deep house radio scene.

We’re honored to welcome one of Hawaiʻi’s own for a night dedicated to connection through music.

Catch him behind the decks with none other than @feels__deep

One night. One room. One dancefloor.
