Sacramento… we’ve waited long enough. 🔥 Are you tired of training on children’s playgrounds, fighting for space on poorly designed fitness courts, or grinding alone with no real place to call home? The city needs to hear us. This Friday, July 10 at 1 PM, we’re meeting at Southside Park (corner of 8th Street & Uptown Alley) to stand together and push for a real calisthenics park built for the community. A place where athletes can train. A place where beginners can start. A place where Sacramento can build something bigger than ourselves. We don’t need another empty promise — we need action. Show up. Speak up. Let’s build this together. 💪🔥

A winner isn’t someone who never fails—it’s someone who refuses to quit. Watching my crew grind through the human flag… falling, resetting, and showing up again. That’s where the strength is built. Keep showing up. That’s how you win. 💪

Sun, movement, and good people ☀️ Every Saturday from 10–12 we meet up at Southside Park to train, play, and push each other to get better. Whether you’re working on your first pull-up, dialing in handstands, or getting after it on the rings — there’s a spot for you here. All levels welcome. No pressure, just progress. Come get some vitamin D, move your body, and be part of something positive 💪

Sometimes the best training partners are the ones who literally weigh you down… in the best way possible. Today @mykeymoves decided normal pull-ups weren’t enough, so @kvng_slaay volunteered to hang off the weight belt and make things a little more interesting. 💪😂 That’s what makes this crew awesome though — we push each other, support each other, and yeah… occasionally assist gravity with a few extra pounds just to keep things spicy. Fitness doesn’t have to be serious all the time. It can be laughs, sunshine, and a group of people helping each other get stronger every week. If you’ve been wanting to get into calisthenics, meet good people, or just move your body outside, come join us. All levels are welcome — whether you’re working on your first pull-up or adding a human to your weight belt. 📍 Southside Park 🕙 Saturdays | 10 AM – 12 PM 🚫💰- effort is the only payment we accept! Come hang with us… just maybe not from someone’s belt on your first day. 😉

Handstands, bar work, sunshine, and good people.🕶️☀️💪 With everything going on in the world these days, sometimes the best thing you can do is step outside, move your body, get some sunlight, and connect with positive people. A little Vitamin D, fresh air, and movement can change your whole mindset. This Saturday is shaping up to be the nicest weekend of the year so far — 77° and sunny — the perfect excuse to get outside and take advantage of it. We’ll be training handstands, levers, and calisthenics basics on the bars. Whether you’re brand new or already comfortable on the bars, everyone is welcome. Saturday 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Southside Park — Sacramento Come move, learn new skills, and be part of a growing calisthenics community. #SacCalisthenics #SouthsidePark #StreetWorkout #Handstands #calisthenics
