Discipline gets you consistent. It doesn’t get you clear.

At times, building a business can be one of the most isolating things you ever do. Spending time building genuine connections and having conversations with like-minded people who understand that same isolation is something money simply can’t buy.

When you realise that people who’ve built businesses 10x bigger than yours still wrestle with the same limiting beliefs, doubts, and character traits that you do, it puts everything into perspective. Being able to brainstorm beyond a formal setting, build real relationships, and genuinely pick the brains of people operating at that level has been one of the most valuable experiences I’ve had this year.

If you’re building a business, the biggest piece of advice I could give you is to intentionally put yourself in those environments. I truly believe your network is your net worth because who you surround yourself with, and the conversations you have, will shape your business, your personal life, and your relationships more than you could ever imagine.
