How hyped are you for the Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake?!

The rumours were true (though I wish it was a total surprise), we’re returning to one of the best Zelda games, and best *ever* games this year!

So curious what the gameplay will look like - classic dungeons or more Breath of the Wild? A reskin or a total remake (Like Final Fantasy VII Remake?)

Either way, am SO HYPED for the next Zelda game

What console started your Nintendo gaming journey?

For me, I played a bit of the SNES growing up, but was mainly a SEGA kid! My first Nintendo console was the N64 and a Game Boy Pocket.

After playing Super Mario 64, Pokemon Blue and Zelda: Link’s Awakening I was a Nintendo game CONVERT. I neeeded more. MORE!

What about you? What was your first Nintendo?

A few gaming things younger players may not get!

Which of these have you experienced?

Memory cards, passwords, TV tuners, blowing carts - what a journey we went on just to get into the game!

Gaming has definitely come a long long way in the last couple of decades. Yes, I am fairly old.

When you’re stuck on a game, whip out your phone to look up a guide and...

...end up doomscrolling, uh oh!

I struggle to schedule Instagram posts sometimes as I end up doomscrolling!

Every Zelda fan has done these things!

Hyrule may be ever-changing and always evolving, but us Hylians have done these things in Zelda games.

Strange file names, listening to the file select screen, rolling across Hyrule and more!

I wonder where Zelda games will go next?

Who do you main in Mario Kart games?

For me, my Mario Kart crown has to go to Princess Peach! Ever since Mario Kart Super Circuit and Wii, have always loved playing as the leader of the Mushroom Kingdom!

Loads of characters to pick from now, especially in Mario Kart World!

What classic Nintendo 64 game needs a remake?

For me, beyond Zelda: Ocarina of Time, it has to be Diddy Kong Racing! Such a great game and one of the best kart games of all time.

Adventure mode, multiple vehicle types, banging soundtrack, boss battles? An incredible Rare game that was SO ahead of its time

How to become a gamer:

Step 1: Pick a game
Step 2: Play the game

Play games? you’re a gamer!

I hate when people have rules on who they think is and is not a gamer.

I’ve seen some content creators say “oh, they’re not a gamer, they play X“ or “They’re not a gamer, those games are easy!” You know who you are.

The more people who play and talk about games, the better, surely?
