October 1st, 2nd and 3rd was a leap of faith and a start of something new and we’re grateful to God for the results especially.

Special thanks to @director_enman for the opportunity to contribute in planning and executing this as well as host the event for all 3days, the #mexa26 team; every staff of @carelfilms and the volunteers for both cam operating and ushering, y’all did amazingly well. Thank you!
Thank you @theupperdeckk for the after party

The glory of this convention are the many testimonies we’ve received from the delegates as well as the exhibition of the characters and qualities learned at the convention in our media world today, and indeed our joy is full

Our Compound, the winning short film of the MEXA Convention 2026 Short Film Competition by Osahon Idahosa, is now receiving attention beyond Nigeria, with the story featured by TNX Africa in Kenya.

The short film explores leadership, responsibility and the need to take action, using the realities within a community to reflect on the choices that shape society, making it an especially timely story as Nigeria looks toward the 2027 elections.

For us at theMedia 360, this is another proud moment in the journey of a story we helped amplify through strategic PR, media relations and storytelling around MEXA and its winning creative.

From the MEXA Convention in Lagos to media conversations across borders, Our Compound is proving that a strong African story can travel.

We don’t just create visibility. We build stories that move.

MEXA in the Press | Day 1–3

From the announcement and anticipation to three days of learning, connection, creativity and hands-on experience, MEXA Convention captured the attention of Nigeria’s media and creative community.

As the communications and PR team behind MEXA — Media Experience & Advancement, we were intentional about telling the story at every stage, not only creating awareness before the convention, but keeping the conversation alive throughout Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3.

Our media strategy secured features across leading national publications, including The Guardian, Vanguard, THISDAY, The Eagle, Independent, PM News and Daily Trust, with multiple stories running across the different stages of the event.

These features documented the anticipation, the turnout, the learning, the reactions and the moments that made MEXA 2026 more than just a convention.

Swipe through some of the press coverage we secured across the three days.

From pre-event buzz to post-event conversations, we told the story as it happened.

MEXA 1.0 may be over, but the impact continues.
