This year, God taught me
that every ending makes room for something new.

He walked with me as I graduated high school, closing a chapter I once thought would last forever. He reminded me that growth means stepping forward, even when it’s bittersweet, and trusting Him with what comes next.

This year, God taught me
the beauty of people.
He brought new friends into my life who felt like answered prayers, helped rebuild friendships that time had tested, and showed me how healing can happen when love and grace lead the way.

He was with me in my deepest heartbreak too.
When I lost of my dog, God held me through the grief, reminding me that love never disappears, it stays with us, shaping who we are. Even in loss, He gave me comfort and peace I couldn’t create on my own.

This year, God taught me
how to let go of something I loved deeply.
Playing softball for the last time wasn’t just the end of a sport—it was the end of a season that shaped my discipline, leadership, confidence, and heart. God reminded me that the lessons stay, even when the uniform comes off, and that what I gained will carry into every chapter ahead.

This year, God taught me
how brave it is to start over.
He walked with me as I moved into college, then gently led me back home when it was time to transfer. He showed me that changing direction is not failure—it’s obedience. And along the way, He blessed me with even more amazing friends who made every transition feel lighter.

This year, God taught me
how much I’ve grown.
Not just academically or socially, but emotionally and spiritually. He taught me patience, resilience, humility, and trust. He showed me how to let go, how to keep believing, and how to find peace in uncertainty.

Most of all, this year God taught me
that His plans are always greater than mine.
Even when I didn’t understand, He was guiding every step, shaping my heart, and preparing me for what’s ahead.

I step into the future grateful, grounded, and full of faith
because of what God taught me this year. 🤍
