Continuing my recent post regarding writers posting images with A.I... This sketches were a commission to a dear friend of mine. I asked him to: "Sketch as if you were Grantaire looking at Enjolras, different poses, moods, all over the page, in pencil as if carbon, what he'd use..." And this was the gorgeous result! As artists we NEED to support each other, especially in these dire times where we are not only fighting economy, the industry (sometime), and competing with each other, but against a machine that some claim can do better than us with no soul. We HAVE SOUL. We should share it and each other's. I understand the world is pushing us to hurry, but we shouldn't give in! I almost did, and I would've regretted it deeply and terribly. It is best to commission each other,or allie with friends to create and collaborate and complement each other's work. So... The amazing artiste behind this sketch is: @mezelkin.art Whom I'm happy to say will be my official illustrator in a future (when money and chance smiles more to us 😀) He also suggested this song by Pomme and has been a great advisor and revisor on my Française for an unpublished project based on Les Miserables by Victor Hugo.
