Congrats to my brother @03_og for smashing through the 2000 barrier so fucking hard he almost landed on the other side of 2100. This is a fucking soldier. He takes direction like a true champion, never complains and integrates corrections unbelievably quickly. -

We have options for the focus of topics that I will present. These are cohesive presentations. -

Events begin with an in-depth Q&A, followed by a lecture/presentation. In the afternoon, attendees with get hands on instruction and coaching on the three lifts. -

When I work, I have a process, and I always work. I’ve traveled and taught all over the continental United States; even Alaska, which is a strange and wild place. -

From Maine to Florida to Cali to Washington and most everywhere in between: I don’t think there’s been a stop along the way that I didn’t find some coffee shop where I could get zooted and work on writing, or maybe review video for clients. Even if it is just doing tech correction from video, I still go through my process.

For fifteen or twenty minutes, I read one of about five books currently in rotation. I bring three actual books in my carryon when I travel. Any fellow travelers, who know the value of bag space and weight, will realize how much of a commitment this is. All so I can read them fifteen to twenty minutes or so per day, but it’s worth it. -
-
I’ve read the book pictured at least twenty times, cover to cover. The first copy I owned of it stays in a plastic bag, because the cover fell off and pages started to come loose.

These books wake me. I can’t think of a better way to describe the way my process works. Part of me wakes. -

#sticktothescript Don’t just blindly go into the gym and do whatever. Have a plan and stick to that plan. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will you be. The difference is Rome didn’t change the blueprint every week #dontbeapussy

Found a movement I can do that doesn’t hurt doing rehab work w @03_og . Thanks @mfswede it worked for me today too. I’ll be lowering the box a week at a time then prob start adding weight in a month or so if things go well. Today I started at about 60%.

Hopefully be back to deadlift and squatting more than I should in no time.
