Introducing our creative director @mgnmng , she's been the one behind the design of our last two issues and has put in hours and countless late nights perfecting issue 3. We met in a club (surprise) through mutual friends at @cowielizzie first event back in 2022, we bonded over a love of design & culture and it made sense.

“I’ve always been interested in designing zines since the age of 16, so when I met Jake (2022) in the smoking area it just made sense and everything felt aligned…I knew immediately I wanted to get involved, we both like layers, collages and mix media (anything with depth and messy) - finally someone else who also didn’t want to just follow the typical clean-cut graphic design route that everyone else was taking”

“Issue 3 has really been special to design as I was given full freedom to really bring our shared vision to life and more”

Issue 1 throwback.
Pulled from our first print issue back in summer 2022 (taken in Jan 22) this was a special one. It was @cowielizzie first night she'd organised herself, @ellaknight__ first DJ gig playing out and I met the now SO graphic designer @mgnmng . A big part of Steppin Out for me was showcasing what my pals are doing, shining a spotlight on my unsung heroes. So our Lizz's first entry into promoting was top of the list (she actually took me to my first rave back in 2013) (Rivi raves IYKYK) anyway, long story short, it's amazing to see the progression from 22 to now from ourselves and some of the heads in these pics. more life more love (and happy birthday @cowielizzie ) xx

After a long wait and several hiccups, we’re super happy to announce the release of our third issue, featuring a lineup of all stars, from all corners of London clubland! A ravers MUST HAVE, reflecting on the last year in the capitals nightlife.
