A new opportunity at $3,199,000.

We’ve just made a price improvement on this incredible 4,200 sq. ft. Rodeo Homes residence in Riviera.

Built by a Newport Coast builder known for high-end custom homes, this property was designed around its panoramic lake and mountain views, with a negative-edge pool, limestone finishes, disappearing pocketing doors, and an indoor theater that doubles as boat storage.

There’s a lot to appreciate here, but the best part might simply be the way this home brings the outdoors in.

Now offered at $3,199,000.

📍 The Riviera: Over 50 Years in the Making

Most people drive through the Riviera and assume it was built over the last few years.

The truth? This community has been more than 50 years in the making.

What you’re seeing today is the result of decades of vision, planning, and partnerships that helped shape one of Lake Havasu’s most unique luxury communities.

The Timeline:

📍 1975
Robert McCulloch and Ken Komick first walked this land with a vision for what it could become.

📍 2006
Planning for the Riviera community officially began, laying the foundation for a new luxury neighborhood centered around the Lake Havasu lifestyle.

📍 2016
The Riviera Marina became a unique public-private partnership, creating one of the area’s premier boating destinations with public lake access.

📍 Today 2026
✔ 7 neighborhoods planned
✔ 500+ home parcels
✔ Luxury custom homes underway
✔ Remaining custom home opportunities
✔ State-of-the-art public marina & launch facility
✔ Concierge boat services
✔ One of Lake Havasu’s premier luxury communities

Some communities are built.

The Riviera has been imagined, refined, and brought to life over generations.
