It takes a village! 🤍

And for the last 35+ years, this has been mine.

As I looked around the room at Jordan’s shower, I saw women who have been part of so many different chapters of our lives. Women I met when I was just a college sorority girl, women I met when I first moved to Austin, women who knew me before I had babies, and women who helped me find my way through becoming a new mom.

I saw women who showed up when Jo was just a baby, one who changed Jo’s life and helped us both navigate the struggles of dyslexia, and football moms who loved Jo as one of their own.

I also saw one of Jordan’s matrons of honor, who came all the way from Knoxville to celebrate her. Her willingness to make the trip and be there for Jordan meant so much to all of us and was such a beautiful reminder of the love and friendship surrounding her as she begins this next chapter.

And, of course, I saw sisters, nieces, aunts, Kratsas family friends and Mimi who have loved her since before she was even born. ❤️

You know you have lived an amazing life when you can look around a room and see so many remarkable women who continue to be part of your life—and who have loved your daughter through every season.

And that doesn’t even include the women who couldn’t be there but made a point to reach out and share their love for Jordan and excitement for her next chapter. 🩵

I am so incredibly grateful for “my village”—the women who have loved us, supported us, encouraged us and helped shape the beautiful woman Jordan has become.

What a gift it is to celebrate her surrounded by so much love. 🤍💍

This month marks my 10th year of selling real estate, and let me tell you, it’s not always easy. Selling Sunset isn’t the reality of this business.

As a proud momma of two young adults, there’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing the pure joy on young couples’ faces when they close on their first home, especially these two amazing individuals. 🏡💖

Cameron and Aspen worked tirelessly to increase their home purchasing power by over $100K in just one year! How did they do it? They met with me and a lender a year ago, followed our advice, took all the necessary steps, and today, they reap the rewards. 🌟

Buying a home in this market is tough for young first-time home buyers, but it’s possible with the right team by your side. 💪
Cameron and Aspen, I’m so incredibly proud of you and thrilled to see all your ideas for this house come to life as you make it your home. 🏠✨

Thank you for letting me be part of this journey! And Happy 30th Birthday, Cameron! 🎂🎉 This will be your best decade yet! 🎈
I would also like to give a shout out to @lonestaryardgreetings for squeezing me in so I could have this yard sign installed by the time we showed up to do our final walk through of the house. We didn’t know we would actually be able to close today until yesterday afternoon. With less than 18 hours notice they had this up for Cameron and Aspen, even though they have tons of installations all over the Lake Travis area for High School graduation this weekend! I’ve used them many times and they have always done a fabulous job! #highlyrecommended #austinrealtor #spicewood #laketravis #briarcliff

My clients Chase and April are looking to buy their first home.

They are wanting to find something in the Briarcliff community in Spicewood Tx.

We’ve seen everything on the market already and now we are looking for off market opportunities.

They are prequalified for up to $500K.

Looking for a
3 bedroom
2 Bath
Fenced backyard

If you live in that area or know someone who does, please share this video.

If you are an agent with a listing coming soon, please contact me.

My buyers are pre approved, ready to move and can close by the end of May! #spicewood #briarcliff #laketravis
