this is what it is all about - showing up for yourself, connecting with others, & creating something

join us every monday evening @7pm EST for a “slow making session” (link in bio to read more about these free sessions)

the intention i reflected on behind these “slow making sessions” are rooted in slowing down, practicing presence, showing up, creating with an openness, playing & experimenting with art materials - together in one zoom room

it is always such a wholesome feeling receiving messages at the end of these sessions - i appreciate everyone who took a moment to show up last night, doodle/draw, collage, journal, & play with art materials - you bring joy to my monday evenings!

see you next monday!

Bad days are a part of being a human. It’s not about being happy all the time. You should not strive to be happy. Being happy implies a destination in the future instead of a process we can always work towards. We should aim to be happier. The pursuit is an ongoing process represented by an infinite continuum.
