Tomorrowland; Coachella: some of the most impressive visual work this year is happening behind artists, DJs and live performances — on huge screens, in 3D worlds, through motion design, VFX and real-time visuals. Festival stages have become massive moving portfolios. And the artists creating these visuals deserve way more So in honor of festival season, we collected a few visual artists whose work we can’t stop looking at. I originally created this animation in 2018 for the Video Copilot Live Show title sequence. It was an incredible experience: my first time presenting my work in public, and a chance to meet one of the most influential people in my motion design journey, @andrewkramer . We still collaborate from time to time, and his feedback remains just as inspiring. The response to “Chapter One” was overwhelmingly positive. This personal project truly kickstarted my career as a motion director and led to much bigger collaborations. My advice to young motion designers: keep creating, work on personal projects, and share them — great things can come from it. This is still one of my favorite sequences from the film. The full project is available via the Vimeo link in my bio. #c4d #cinema4d #3d #design #render dark animation light octane digitalart otoy forest nature octanerender @fubiz film photography 3dscanstore @3d_scanstore Video by: @mhad.inc
