Up at 4:30am this morning, snapping to attention, and imminently in transit, to convey these raps with @fatboi_sharif and @ickyreels across the PNW

Catch us in Washington, in Bellingham and Seattle, then in Oregon, in Baker City, Portland, and Eugene (swipe for flyers)

Friends, colleagues, conspirators, and exponents will show out, on stage and in the crowd-- will you be one?

Indeed, after pushing my wheelbarrow up the hills of DIY peaks and valleys, often fallow in shows and opportunities, it's not lost on me the privilege to get to tour for the 4th time in 12 months

Here's to more...

The Plug Call

Our brother Baraka Njenga, better known as Frankie Jax Nomad, still needs our help.

The hip-hop community has always been about showing up for each other, and right now we're asking everyone who says Free Baraka to put that energy into action.

Pull up this Friday at the Brass Monkey. Spread the word. Repost. Bring a friend. Every ticket and every share helps support Baraka and his family.

If you're about that life, pull up for Baraka!

The homie Baraka aka @frankiejaxnomad got snatched up by ICE right outside his home. He was leaving with his lovely partner @wyzardbytch to do a mundane task as simple as getting groceries. A contributing member of society not guilty of anything except providing good vibes and uplifting his community is subjected to this while the people who are truly problematic run the country and every aspect of our lives? Feels a lil backwards.

Anyways this show is to support him and all the legal fees and financial burdens that he and his partner were smacked with. I’ma be rapping like my life is on the line because in some ways it is. You come for our brothers you come for all of us and Barack is a brother. I’m not claiming to be close to Baraka. I do consider him a good homie and we’ve only ever had good times when we kicked it. What I’m saying is in the presence of this man you feel like family. You learn to gauge genuine character and this man drips it, oozes it.

This show is in Corvallis which is an hour and a half away from Portland but I do think it’ll be worth it to commute. Also my first show out of town so I’m pretty hyped on it despite the circumstances. I wish we could rock that stage together but unfortunately it is what it is.

Please come through, show your love, FUCK ICE.
