@mhispee Precious Eboh Okiya, popularly known as the AI Queen, is an award-winning AI filmmaker and storyteller passionate about harnessing artificial intelligence to craft narratives that educate, inform, entertain and inspire change.

Precious is also the co-founder of Efiwe, a free, mobile-first platform that teaches coding on any phone, even without internet access. Her startup was selected by the Mastercard Foundation to receive equity-free funding to advance its mission of making quality tech education more accessible to young people across Africa.

Her film Her and Her War has earned recognition in Nigeria from platforms such as Zuma Film Festival, CcHub and entertainment media hubs. She was named one of Nigeria's top 10 storytellers through the CcHub Creative Economy residency. One of her projects involved creating AI-powered documentary films for a digital museum, a groundbreaking initiative sponsored by the British Council and showcased at pop-up exhibitions in Abuja and London.
She is the co-founder &CEO of Gbosaman Interactive, a Nigerian game studio, where she leads AI-driven cutscene creation; her work there was recently featured on BBC News. Precious is committed to making learning more accessible, impactful and future forward through innovation and storytelling. The AI Queen will dropping nuggets on Prompting for AI Filmmaking!

In October, we kicked off the Creator Economy Incubator in Nigeria with 29 talented content creators. Over the past two months, they have sharpened their skills and refined their craft—learning from industry experts like @chudeity, @joyincredible, @misstechy, @iamedemvictor, and @upanddownfellow. Program highlights included a one-week residential workshop, studio visits, two workshops on gender-equitable storytelling, and online sessions covering content distribution strategies, branding, and building sustainable content creation models.

We are thrilled to announce the Top 10 participants advancing to the next phase. These exceptional storytellers stood out for their creativity, engagement, and compelling story pitches featuring gender-equitable concepts, scalability, and innovative distribution plans.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭?

The Top 10 will now bring their ideas to life, with two finalists receiving N5,000,000 each in funding and mentorship to realize their storytelling visions.

This journey underscores the incredible potential of Nigeria’s Creator Economy and the transformative power of inclusive storytelling.
