💥 Meet Katie - our Sports Therapist based at both our Bolton & Chorley Clinics 💥

Katie studied Sports Therapy at the University of Central Lancashire, alongside completing a Level 4 Sports Massage qualification — building a strong foundation in both injury rehabilitation and hands-on treatment.

During her three years of study, Katie gained valuable experience working with:
⚽ Stockport County Academy
🏉 Warrington Wolves Rugby Club
⚽ Preston North End Women’s Academy

She continues to work within sport through her role with Wharfedale Rugby Union Football Club, supporting athletes with sports massage and injury rehabilitation.

Katie’s journey into sports therapy began through her own background in gymnastics, where she experienced first-hand how effective rehab can influence performance, confidence, and long-term health. This passion now drives her approach to helping others return to sport and everyday activity stronger than before 💪

Book now with Katie via sb-massage.co.uk or DM! 👋
