The Magog Half aka THE BEAST was a personal challenge 😅 The hills + elevation gain were no joke… definitely could’ve trained more for those..

Overall, 10/10 experience, made even better by my friends & family cheering loud 🫶🏼 Couldn’t have done it without you!!

This time last year, I fled New York in a depressed state, soft launched leaving (apologies for the drama). This year: April, I love you so much (happy tears in my eyes)!

I recently finished season 3 of @xokittynetflix on Netflix (Kitty Covey is definitely one of my dream roles— chaos queen). A major theme of the show is friendship— friends being your chosen family especially when you move away from home. I’m so grateful for my friends.

In April I got to see so many of my best friends; I’ve never been surrounded by so much love and chaos— and if I never land my very own Netflix original, living this life was more than enough.

Getting my bag left 3000 miles away with all of my marathon stuff in it 12 hours before running the @londonmarathon and being so dearly cared for by the Stavros and Smith family (Aniyah’s Smiths) AND my study abroad friends (thank you again I love love love you!)

I traveled for 22 days straight with 9 days spent on a plane.

Thank you, friends, for this life! There’d be no me, no plot, no life this awesome without you.

And if I didn’t get to see you this month— the next season is already in production

But how many times can a girl really celebrate her birthday? 🤭

Growing up in California, I never had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday with my entire family. Moving back to Boston meant this would be the first year away from my friends who became chosen family — but who knew you could have your cake and eat it too?

From my friends forcing me to celebrate 3 weeks early when I was home, to my baby sister flying in from NYC to plan cousins’ dinner + surprise party #1, to my aunt surprising me with the most epic Boston outing and surprise party #2… I am absolutely overwhelmed in the best way possible.

So grateful for my community, and for another year to live, laugh and love a little a bit too much. Cheers to 28 🥂
