YOUR STUFF HAS A STORY. $7350. For an entire house. Yes, you read that right! While helping a client sort through her late mother’s belongings, we came across something that stopped us in our tracks. An original real estate purchase agreement dated June 1, 1955. Purchase price: $7,350 Deposit: $40 Monthly payment: $58 And here’s the fun part. The contract even included the oil circulator, oil tank, Venetian blinds, and carpet! Can you imagine negotiating those items today? As a Realtor, our founder, T Bird, was absolutely fascinated. But beyond the numbers, there was something so special about holding this little piece of history. Seventy-one years ago, someone signed this paper, excited about buying a home and building a life. A home that would hold memories, milestones, laughter, and love. And all these years later, that piece of paper was still here, tucked away among a lifetime of belongings. This is why we say your stuff has a story. Sometimes it’s not about what something is worth. It’s about the life it represents. Room To Bloom – Making room for what matters.

It’s been one year without her, and I’ve learned that losing her is the one thing that can still make me cry this hard. Her love was like nothing else I’ve ever known. Thank you, Sadee, for being the best girl. For loving me the way only you could. Today, I’m grateful to have known this most precious kind of love. #Grateful #Gratitude #DailyGratitude #WithLoveFromTBird

WOMEN WHO BLOOM WEDNESDAY! Today we’re celebrating our VP of Business Development, Mia Gabriel - and quite simply, Room to Bloom would not be the same without her. Mia is out in the community making connections, building relationships and sharing what Room to Bloom is all about. But as incredible as she is at representing us out in the world, there’s something especially powerful about watching her work with our clients in the field. Mia has a huge heart. Her empathy is next level. She works HARD. She has a way of making people feel comfortable in vulnerable moments and, most importantly, making them feel seen, heard and loved. That is exactly what Room to Bloom is about. She knows when to jump in, when to listen, when to make someone laugh and when someone just needs a little extra grace. She brings strength, compassion and an incredible work ethic into every space she walks into. We couldn’t have dreamed up a better human for this role. Mia, we are so incredibly lucky to have you on this team. Keep making connections. Keep making an impact. And keep being the absolute warrior woman that you are. We love watching you bloom.

Today is National Daughters Day, and I hit the absolute jackpot when it comes to daughters. Bringing back one of my favorite photos because, quite frankly, I’m not sure there has ever been a more accurate reflection of the three of us. They are completely different, completely themselves, and somehow I got lucky enough to be their mom. A true gold medalist in the daughter category. Thank God for my daughters. Every single day. ❤️ #NationalDaughtersDay #grateful #gratitude #dailygratitude #withlovefromtbird

Today I’m grateful for the best friendships I have with my girls. Mia and I are away this week working on a Room to Bloom job, and I can’t tell you how much I love doing life (and now business!) with her. We have so much fun, we’re completely comfortable together, and everything just feels easy. We really do make the best team. The only thing missing is our third, @simply_anslee! How lucky am I that two of my favorite people in the whole world are my daughters? I wouldn’t trade these friendships for anything. #grateful #gratitude #dailygratitude #withlovefromtbird #daughters

🍂 A new season calls for a fresh start. The first day of fall feels like the perfect time for a reset, and this basement transformation is proof of what can happen when we create space with intention. From cluttered and overwhelming ➡️ organized, functional, and ready for what’s next. Sometimes making room for a new season means letting go of what no longer serves you, creating systems that work for real life, and giving your space a chance to breathe. Here’s to clearing the clutter, creating calm, and making room to bloom. 💗🌱 #RoomToBloom #FirstDayOfFall #FallReset

Today I’m grateful for the sweetest clients! Mia and I are out of town on a Room to Bloom job, spending five nights in a hotel, and look what our sweet client made for each of us! Snacks, chocolates, hand creams, and even face masks for a little self-care after our long workdays! She thought of everything! We spend our days taking care of others, and it feels pretty darn special when someone takes care of us. Today I’m grateful for thoughtful people, getting to work alongside my daughter, and clients who make us feel so loved. #grateful #gratitude #dailygratitude #withlovefromtbird #RoomToBloom

Last night, Mia and I spent such an inspiring evening at the 7th Annual Family Promise Gala. We were lucky enough to share a table with our friends Shannon and Paddy from PWB Joy of Hope Foundation, along with Dennis, Jackie and Simone — and we had an absolute blast! The highlight (and biggest fundraiser!) of the night was the dessert auction, and our table scored this AMAZING creation from The Bee’s Knees Bakery. And yes… that is a REAL bottle of Veuve Clicquot. 🥂 And no… those are NOT real ice cubes! But beyond the beautiful cake and all the fun, what stayed with me was seeing a room full of people willing to give their time, money and hearts to help families who need a hand. Today I’m grateful for generosity, community, and people who choose to make life a little better for someone else. ❤️ #grateful #gratitude #dailygratitude #withlovefromtbird

YOUR STUFF HAS A STORY. We’re starting something new on Fridays at Room To Bloom. Because the things we keep aren’t always just things. A handwritten recipe in Grandma’s handwriting. The spoons she collected. The apron she wore. The quilt that once kept her warm. After her grandmother passed away, Mia found beautiful ways to make these pieces part of her own home. Not tucked away in boxes. Not forgotten. But woven into the life she’s living now. At Room To Bloom, we believe clearing out doesn’t mean letting go of everything. Sometimes it means deciding what deserves to stay. Because your stuff has a story.   #YourStuffHasAStory #RoomToBloom #roomtobloomwithlove

Different spaces. Different seasons. Different stories. One thing stays the same: there’s always room to let go of what you don’t need and make space for what matters. Less stuff. More room for life. Room to Bloom. 💚 #RoomToBloom #roomtobloomwithlove #MakeRoomForWhatMatters
